Heaterk's Return Policy

To improve the after-sale service system and strive to make consumers more satisfied, the company implements a return and exchange system. This document is formulated by the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests," the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant regulations. System all customers who meet the conditions for return and exchange and have been approved for return and exchange, please follow the following terms (except for other returns and exchanges stipulated by unique products):

Return and exchange objects:

All customers who purchase the company's products, regardless of the delivery method and payment method, can apply for return and exchange according to these regulations.

Return and exchange conditions:

1. Products with quality problems (the company will not be responsible for the quality problems caused by its own reasons).

2. Promotional and Qinghe products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. The exchanged product must meet the following primary conditions:

3.1. The product is not contaminated.

3.2. The packaging of the exchanged product is intact (including the inner and outer packaging), which does not affect the secondary sales.

3.3. Information attached to the product, including product certificate, product manual, etc.

3.4. Gifts that come with this item.

3.5. Relevant documents, including issued delivery/receipt notes, invoices, etc.

4. The returned goods must meet the following primary conditions:

4.1. The packaging of the exchanged product is intact (including the inner and outer packaging), which does not affect the secondary sales.

4.2. Information attached to the product, including product certificate, product manual, etc.

4.3. Gifts and company manuals, publicity materials, promotional supplies, company internal materials, etc. attached to the product.

5. Time limit for return and exchange:

Customers can exchange the goods within 30 days from receipt.

6. Return, and exchange procedures:

6.1. If you meet the requirements for return and exchange, please get in touch with the company by telephone before returning or exchanging the goods, and inform the name, quantity, address, etc. of the goods to be returned or exchanged, or log in to the company's website to download and truthfully, fill in the " Return/Exchange Registration Form " accurately and fax it to our company. After our company receives the "Return/Exchange Registration Form," our after-sales service specialist will immediately contact the person who returned or exchanged the goods and respond to the return and exchange request of the returner and exchange person.

6.2. The returned and exchanged goods will be uniformly checked and accepted by the company's logistics department. After the goods are checked and accepted, the logistics department supervisor will submit the "Return/Exchange Registration Form" to the company's business department director for preliminary review and signature and then report to the president for approval before allowing return and exchange.

6.3. After reviewing and approving the request, the individual responsible for the logistics department will promptly contact the customer and provide instructions for returning or exchanging the items.

7. Refund processing method:

For the refund generated by the return, we will reflect it in the customer's designated account after receiving the returned product and verifying that it is in its original condition.

8. Precautions for return and exchange:

8.1. You can only exchange the product for the same item, or for a product of equal retail value.

8.2. The other party shall be responsible for all shipping costs and packaging losses for returns and exchanges.

8.3. Customers can call the company's after-sales service hotline for consultation.
